Dear Sir

RE: Union Request

We would like to refer to the recent management announcement with regards to overtime during holiday seasons.

Although we understand that the company would like to capitalize on the opportunities of increasing profit through increased production during the holiday seasons, the members are not agreeable to the terms and conditions set forth on this issue.

The rate is insufficient to cover the entitled time off during the holiday season as union members need the time off with their families for stronger bonding and quality time together. Hence, the Union proposes that outside or temporary help be hired to cater to the increased workload during the holiday season.

The union is open to further reasonable suggestions and offers of compensation by the management.

Respectfully yours,

David C. Molina
