Thinking Of You Love Letter, Sample & Format

Introduction

A ‘Thinking of you love letter’ is written to your dear ones to tell them that you are thinking about them. This is a deeply emotional and personal letter, written to convey your innermost feelings. It is a crucial letter, and utmost care must be taken while writing the letter. Even though it is an informal letter, it is better to stick to the three-part division comprising of an introduction, the main body, and a conclusion.

First, state your purpose of writing the letter. If there is a special name you address your loved one by, don’t forget to include that. It’s up to you to decide whether to keep the letter long or short. But it would make your loved one feel better if they know the reason why you are thinking about them all of a sudden. Reminiscensing on a mutually cherished memory is something that would take your letter to an entirely different level. If you would like to, maybe include a special gift as well, like a bouquet of roses.

Subject: Can’t stop thinking of you!

Dear Eva,

I woke up today to an empty bed, and a deserted house and I couldn’t help sighing. I cannot believe it’s been more than a month since we saw each other. I promise, as soon as I wrap up the last formalities at my workplace, I am coming there, so that we can start our life together as husband and wife! Oh, if you only knew how much I miss you. Shakespeare’s best sonnets fail to express my longing for your presence.

Remember those times when we were madly in love, at the beginning of our college days?  We were always together, and we never spent a moment apart! We had that one class that we couldn’t take together, and we would immediately rush to see each other quickly after that. Those were the times! I am sure we are going to have such times again, as soon as we start living together again.

You might think I am crazy, but today I counted the number of days that we haven’t seen each other. It’s been 49 days! That’s certainly the longest we have been without each other. Don’t be too surprised if you receive a gift from me later on in the day; you know how much of a hopeless romantic I happen to be. I love you, I miss you and really can’t stop thinking about you.

Ever yours,

Stan.
