Tenancy Agreement Letter
A tenancy agreement can be considered as a contract between a landlord and a tenant. The tenancy agreement letter records all the elements that must be known by the tenant before agreeing to stay in the house or use the building of the landlord. The letter must be signed by both the tenant and the landlord. Before allowing the tenant to stay in the house or use the building, this must be the first thing that must be done. Only after this agreement letter can they have a mutual understanding between each other and the letter serves as a proof for any further future misunderstandings or problems.
Every tenancy agreement must, therefore, include minimum information such as the name of both the tenant and the landlord, complete details about the terms and condition, information regarding the payment which must include how, where and when to do the same, etc. So before forwarding the letter, you must make sure that at least these little information are there in the letter.

Subject: Tenancy Agreement Letter
Before being shifted to our home in Selaiyur Road, there are a few terms and conditions that must be accepted and known by you. This has been already brought to your attention by us on our last night phone call, but it is well and good to have a written record for further future references and also to avoid future misunderstandings and misconceptions, so I am writing this letter to inform you about the same.
Firstly, the rent must be given during the first week of every month without any fail. If there is any inconvenience on the same, then it must be made known to us prior the date of payment to avoid further confusion. If the rent has not been paid consequently for three months, then you will have to vacate from our home on the fourth month without any prior notifications given by us. The payment amount is 12,500 per month. Payments can be made directly to my account number or else you can hand over the money to me either cash or cheque, both will be accepted.
This is my account number. South Indian Bank- SIB000034575910.
