I am writing this letter with reference to your vacancy for the post of Chemistry teacher, as advertised on The Journal Classifieds, dated on 6th September 2016.
I have ten years of cumulative experience as a chemistry teacher, divided among a school and coaching academies. I have a masters degree in chemistry from the ORT Uraguay, having graduated in 2004. I then proceeded on to obtaining my degree in Education from the same university, graduating among the top five students in my year. Upon graduating, I began coaching students for competitive exams in chemistry at Bright Minds Institute before taking up the post of a high school chemistry teacher at the Genesis High School where I have been working since 2008. Teaching is all about interaction, making your pupils understand your perception of the subject and helping them develop their own and chemistry is one of my life’s true passions. I enjoy interacting with students and I believe that teachers learn just as much being around them, given their inquisitive and curious nature which is rather infectious. As such, I have always wanted to interact with students from different walks of life, understanding them and helping them achieve their potential and I believe I can accomplish this if given a chance to prove myself at your reputed institution.
Please find all the relevant documents attached to this letter and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
