For anybody approaching the retirement age, they are obligated to formally inform all that they will soon be retiring and handing over their work as well as pending operations to someone else. This is to inform you that I will soon be turning 60 and according to the company regulations I will have to be retiring due to the same. I would like to start off the letter on a healthy note by letting you know that when it comes to real estates, there is no other client than you that I prefer working with.
The past five years have been a delight. I admire your work ethics and respect the way you carry out all your projects. With you, there has never been a shred of complaint or doubt about the quality of the work which has ameliorated this professional relationship all the more.
As for our pending or proposed projects in the timeline, I would like to inform you that Mr. Harris will be taking over my role. I can assure you that Mr. Harris is the best in this field and has closely worked with me over the past year. I have informed him in complete detail about all our future and pending projects.
However, I would be comfortable to discuss this with both you and Harris in person and acquaint you both with each others working styles. Please let me know a date and time that suits you.
