Proposal Letter For Training

A proposal letter for training is written by a trainer to his trainee stating that he has plans to start a training session for a particular sport or art for which he chooses the receiver to be a part of. The letter is written in a formal tone unless the trainer knows the trainee personally. It shall contain all the details of the session such as the fees for this particular training and also the duration for which it will last. It should also provide reasons for explaining as to how being a part of this training session will be helpful for the reader. If this is your first training program, then you can probably have a discount in the fees. Also, if there is a possibility of any match or tournament after the training period is over, do mention that in the letter. Given below is the sample of a proposal letter for training which can be handy when you are writing this letter yourself.

Coach Max,

Indian Cricket Association Office,

Dear Sahil,

With immense pleasure, I would like to bring to your notice that you have been selected for playing in the Inter-Collegiate Cricket Match in Dubai with 11 others boys selected from different colleges on DD/MM/YYYY. This match is going to be a game changing event for all the chosen players as they are going to be observed by the best cricket coaches from all around the globe.

I am writing this letter to inform you that until the day of the event I am going to train all you boys for the event. I have attached a schedule sheet along with this letter which shall be followed by everyone so that we can attain the maximum targets to win this game. The winning team will be given a cricket kit each, along with vouchers of sports brands such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc. and a trophy for their country.

The training session will start at 6:00 am in the morning and will go on until noon. After the training, the entire team can rest and then do all cardio related exercises to build your stamina. I expect a positive response from every candidate, and I hope to see everyone enthusiastic and energetic tomorrow morning.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully,

Richard Max.
