Introduction

A Letter to Cancel an Order is a cancellation letter for any order. The letter may be written by either a business organization to its client or customer or by a client or customer to a business organization to cancel a purchase. The request for cancellation of the purchase should be initiated as soon as the need arises for the same. Dear Mr. Barnaby Nigel,

We understand that you may be waiting for the delivery of your order, which was supposed to be delivered, as promised, on or before DD/MM/YYYY. However, due to certain reasons, we had to cancel your order.

The arrangements for the timely delivery of the product had been made in advance. However, due to the unfavorable weather conditions, had caused certain faults in delivering the order to you.
