Lease Termination LetterIntroduction:

A tenant sooner or later takes a decision of changing their place. The lease can be terminated by the landlord when the lease expires, and either party does not wish to continue. The agreement can be terminated before the expiry as well if either of party wishes to do so. If this is the case, then the action needs to be carried out according to the rules and regulations of the federal state.

A Lease Termination letter is a notification of completion of a rented property by the leaser or lessee. The leaser is the property owner while the lessee is the tenant. The letter may or may not provide the reason(s) for the termination of the lease. A rental agreement is usually renewable at its expiry.Termination of the lease contract is issued as a separate document (usually an additional agreement). To safely perform a termination, it is necessary to adhere to certain legal aspects.

RE: Lease Termination of Property 117 White Lane, Milwaukee

At this moment with this letter is the termination notice of the lease agreement on the property mentioned above. As per the quotation that I gave you in the last meeting held on DD/MM/YYYY, I will be charging $5,000 as my service charges, which will be separate from the expenses incurred during the renovation.  You are now served two months’ notice by the rental agreement termination condition, found in section 2b. Considering the requirements, the estimated time for the renovations is two months. In case you are unable to complete the work within the given period (2 months), you are liable to pay 5% of the service charge for a delay of every 15 days. If you have any doubts or concerns about the terms and conditions, kindly let me know so that can make a way out.

You are required to vacate the premises by DD/MM/YYYY, midnight and to hand over the keys to Fairview Property the next day or earlier. According to the lease agreement, you are required to ensure that all the things that were on the property when the keys were handed over to you should be as they are.
