Subject: Job Request Letter.

Dear Sir,

I am Ravi Shankar, a fresh B.Tech graduate. I am writing this letter to you to seek information regarding the vacancy of Junior Engineer post in your company. You had posted an advertisement relating to a vacancy for the same post last week in the weekly newspaper. I am at this moment willing to apply for that post.

I have completed my engineering from Jamanlal Institute of Technology with 81%. I was also awarded the best student of the year in my institute. However, I had always wanted to work in this company as the CEO has always inspired me during my college days. I had been waiting for its vacancy since past few months and now it’s finally out. I am attaching all details my educational qualification with this letter so that you can verify my claim.

I have always been looking for a company where my overall growth can take place, and I can utilize my potential to the best. As per my research, I found your organization as the best place for the same. Even my classmates who got placed here had good things to say about its work environment. All this has made me want to join the organization. I hope that you will consider my letter. Please do revert to the letter at the earliest.

Thanking You

Yours sincerely,

Ravi Shankar,
