Job Interview Letter


A Job Interview letter is sent to a potential candidate who is shortlisted for a position in a company. The letter informs the job applicant of his successful application for an advertised post at the company to be interviewed to confirm his suitability for the post. The letter is formal with sufficient information with regards to the upcoming interview. This letter may contain introduction about the company in two or three lines.

As mentioned above, the details include where the interview will be held and when it will be conducted i.e the time, date and place of the interview. You can intimate the recipient how to appear for the interview i.e the attire the recipient should wear. You should also mention if the candidate needs to bring any documents or certificates for the interview process. If need you can also mention the interview process briefly. In the end, wish them good luck for the interview.
