Job Application Letters

A job application letter is usually written by freshers to get into the corporate world or by employees of an organization who want to change their current job and move onto a new organization for better prospects. A job application is sent in with a resume attached and should be written in such a manner that it maximizes your chances for the job as compared to others. The letter should be formal, written in a professional tone and must not miss out on any important detail.

It should include education, qualification, extracurricular and any other achievements. If there is an education gap, it should be mentioned along with a proper reason. You should also tell them about the knowledge you have related to that field or any prior experience which make you better suited for that position. One should keep the letter concise, and there is no need of including unnecessary details. The starting paragraph should be impactful.  Use a professional tone and end on a curious and hopeful tone.
