Introduction:

Invitation to Interview letter is a reply letter written by the company or industry to the person who already applied for the specified job. The purpose of this letter is to intimate the job applicant that he/she can attend for the interview for the advertised job. As it is an invitation to the meeting, the letter should be a formal and appealing one.

The letter comprises details about when and where the interview will be conducted, the exact time or approximate time of the interview, the necessary documents required for the meeting, how the candidate should appear for the interview. When the company or industry person is writing this letter, care should be taken while informing about the details and should verify whether the writer is writing the letter to the eligible person or not. Some of the invitation letters may also report that the interview will be conducted in applicant favor, i.e., when the candidate will be free enough to attend the interview and some letters may inform to book a slot for the interview purpose.

We went through your application, and we believe that you will be suitable for this job, this report is based on your resume. But before that, you should face the interview for getting the job.

Please be present for the interview on 7th of this month. The place of the interview is at our company which is situated in Madhapur. The time when the interview will be conducted is sharp 10 AM. The documents you need to bring for the interview are your degree certificate, your marks memo, two recent photos of you, and your resume. The process of the interview includes two technical rounds and one H R round. If you qualify these rounds, you will be hired, and within a month you can join our company.
