Subject: Invitation Letter To Embassy

Dear Mr. Robert,

I am Nikhil, and I study at the University of London. I am writing this request letter on behalf of A. Srinivasa Rao who is my father. I would like him to come and visit London for one month, i.e., from DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY. The purpose of the visit is he wants to attend my convocation at the university which is on 25th of this month. As it is a dream of many parents to see their children getting a master degree in front of their eyes, I would like my father to be present at that occasion.

I confirm that my name is A. Nikhil Venkat Kumar and I am a student of the University of London. As I am an Indian citizen, I am aware that I will be responsible for my father and during the visit I will finance my father. During his visit, he will stay at my place, i.e., address mentioned above. I will make sure that he will leave to India before the expiration of his tourist visa and I am responsible for anything he does here. If you have any doubts regarding this matter, please call me at 63528978 or reach me at the above address. I enclose the following documents, i.e., proof of address and passport. Hope you would consider my plea and would allow my father to stay with me.  You can send the reply through a letter, or you can mail me your decision. My mail id is nikhil23@gmail.com. Anticipating a positive reply from you.

Yours Sincerely,

Nikhil,
