Interview Follow up thank you letter

Introduction

An interview follows up thank you letter is a letter written by a potential job candidate to express his thanks after an interview for a job. Though he has not been given a valid response on the job, it is a good practice to send in a thank you note to the company to indicate the keen interest for the applied job so that a favorable response can be prompted. This letter is the same as a job follow up letter.

Since this is the first letter which you write to your interviewer company after attending the interview, it must be written carefully, because there are little chances to select you by this letter written by you. So try to make it the perfect one without any spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. Also, since it is a formal business letter, it must be rechecked before forwarding to avoid the errors above.

Dear Mr. Baker

RE: Job Interview Appreciation

Hope this letter reaches to you at the best of your health.

I am writing this letter to say a ‘thank you’ for the interview opportunity which you had given me on Wednesday, DD/MM/YYYY, at your office.

It was an enlightening interview where I have briefed apparently on Albright Industry and the position that I have applied for. I was interviewed for the post of Administrator, and I can share your concerns of proper administration for a growing company like Albright Industry.

I would like to work with you because it is well known that your business is considered the one of the best in our country. Also, I have enjoyed discussing some work issues with you during our interview session, and I believe I can assist you in fulfilling the requirements that come with the Administrator position, with my qualifications and relevant work experience.

I would be grateful to you if you could please choose me an employee in your Canonsbury or Crafton bureau. I do hope that I can be given the opportunity to contribute positively at Albright Industry soon. I would like to complete this letter by reiterating my desire to be chosen as an intern in your company and leaving my commitment of hardworking, sincerity and dedication.

Thank you for meeting up with me.

Looking forward to a positive response from you.

Yours sincerely,

Jerri Jefferson
