An Internship Acceptance letter is written in response to a successful placement to an internship position by a company. The candidate could have written in to request for an internship position with some company earlier and has just received the good news of its successful placement. An internship is an important placement to gain knowledge and work experience with regards to the field of study.
It is always a good idea to confirm your decision in writing, if you intend to be intern of any company. Acknowledge and accept the terms agreed upon, which includes designation, joining date and remunerration. An Internship Acceptance letter should make company know about your enthusiasm for joining the organization. If the company asks for sending a signed offer letter, then write a brief letter thanking them.
