Information Request letter
Information request letters can be used to request data from business organization or personal front. Anyone can write an Information request letter to any organisation or group asking for information that is of concern to the sender of the letter. The letter should be polite and specific with the request so that the recipient understands the request to provide the required information. Since it is a request letter it must be written very carefully.
If you are not sure of how to write a letter like this, then it is better to seek the help or guidance from someone else who knows to write a letter like this than making it a flop by writing it yourself. So before beginning to write a letter like this, make sure that you are confident enough to write a letter like this by your own. Since it is a request letter, it must be polite. Usage of any harsh words or difficult words must be avoided to further confusion and misunderstandings. The letter must be rechecked whether to add something else and also must be looked upon for spelling mistakes and make necessary corrections if required.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Subject: Information Request
Hope this letter reaches to you at the best of your health.
I am writing this letter to know more about the details of the broucher which I received in my mailbox referring about your dance sessions. I am interested in enrolling in a couple of the dances that are enlisted in your brochure. However, there is insufficient information for me to make a decision and move forward with it. Hence, I would appreciate your quick reply to my following questions regarding the same:
1) How many times in a week is the dance class conducted for a particular dance type?
2) Does your dancing school offer hip-hop which was not listed on your brochure?
3) Can payment for the dance sessions be made by credit card?
4) Will you be conducting any programs at the end of the dance classes in order to make us confident in the stage?
5) The terms and conditions if I am married and would like to join in your school of dancing.
Your quick reply to my above questions will help me to make a decision of whether to enrol in one or more of your dance sessions. You can contact me either in my mobile number 9876543219 or via my Email ID which is email@example.com.
I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.
Thank you in advance.
