Hotel Sales Letter introduces to its customers a particular scheme or a set of services to promote the sales of that particular hotel. The letter arouses its customers to buy those schemes or services, thereby, not only increasing the sales of the hotel but building a long-term relationship with its customers as well. Letters of such type, since they are sent personally to the customers, serve as an important technique as compared to the common leaflets and advertisements to which everyone has access to.
