Introduction

A Resignation Letter is written by an employee of a company, institution or organization who wishes to end his or her employment with that company, agency or organization. A resignation letter is a formal letter, and it must include details about the resignation. Dear Madam,

I have been accepted by the University, and I will be traveling to Ithaca, New York, United States, on August 22, 1776.
