Dear Sir,

RE: Thank you for the Interview

I write this letter to express my gratitude to you for conducting my interview for the post of manager last Monday at 10 am. I can’t express in words how grateful I am for having my interview conducted by you. It’s honor in itself. I am very enthusiastic about joining your company as the reputation that your business has in the market is unmatchable.

I applied for the post of manager as this is my position at the current workplace too. I want to switch from the job as it is too far from my residence and commuting is a challenge for me. Hence, securing a post at your company would be a dream come true. It is close to my home and will lead to saving a lot of time and money. Securing a position here would provide the much-needed boost to my career and will be a great learning experience.

Am attaching my resume and recommendation letter for your reference. Please let me know if need any additional information. I would like to thank you for giving me your precious time. I am looking forward to taking up on this opportunity.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanking You,

Yours Sincerely,

Daniel Donaldson
