Delivery Complaint Letter
The delivery complaint letter is written by a customer to the company for a variety of reasons. It can be written when the delivery is not made on time or when a wrong piece of item has been delivered. When the item delivered is damaged, or there has been no delivery. These days the companies pay heed to the complaints of the clients, and if the company cares about its reputation, then you are sure to get your grievance addressed without any hassle or delay.
As it is a formal letter, keep the tone of the letter formal. Make sure that you are not very rude through your words. Maintain the politeness and make sure that it is not too long. Keep the letter brief and to the point. State the reason behind writing the letter and state only genuine facts as they are bound to be checked. At the end of the letter write that you expect a quick response to your complaint and also thank them.
Subject: Delay in the delivery of goods.
With deep regret and frustration, I have to inform you that my order stipulated to reach me on DD/MM/YYYY has not reached me yet. I have always been emailing and calling your company’s service number, but I have not received a single mail yet. Hence, I was forced to write this letter to you out of frustration and disappointment.
I had ordered a dress which I was supposed to wear for a function yesterday. The delay in delivery had caused great inconvenience to me as I had to do some last minute shopping and running around before a family function when I had other responsibilities to fulfill.
I have always appreciated the quality and delivery services of your company and have recommended it to so many people. This careless behavior and negligence on your part this time is just not acceptable. I expect a quick delivery or refund as soon as possible now. I would also recommend that you check with your staff regarding no response to my emails and calls.
A company’s reputation depends on the satisfaction and happiness of its customers and clients. Hope you will understand this and address my grievance at the soonest.
