Dear ma’am,

I, Priti Birgi, write this letter in response to the email sent to me by your agency. It is regarding the debt of Rs. 1,00,000 which has been outstanding for the last two months and I wish to settle it now in a week. Though  I am still not sure about the debt as I have no record of it with me but the information passed by you to my company and the credit reporting agencies is a matter of concern to me. I would like to request you to delete the information from everywhere within ten working days so that my reputation is not harmed anywhere.

I would request you to provide me complete detailed account of the debt that I have to settle for two days. I will also verify it from my side and then get back to you. I will settle the debt if you give to me in writing that my credit information will be corrected everywhere. We also need to sign an agreement for that.

I do not want you to share this agreement with any third party as it is just between the two of us. Your fast response will be highly appreciated. Hoping to hear from you soon and favorably.

Thanking you

Yours sincerely

Priti Birgi
