A Contract Extension letter is written by a company to an individual or another company of whom they have business dealings with. It is written to inform the recipient that the sender has decided to continue his services. The contract for business collaboration is to be extended for another agreed term with conditions that are agreed upon by both parties.

Herewith is the letter to inform you that Harper Productions is agreeable to Golden Globe Enterprise’s terms and conditions in extending the contract between our two parties.

Attached is the duly signed contract extension document for your kind perusal. With this confirmation, the service contract from Golden Globe Enterprise to Harper Productions will be extended to the end of this year 2011, after it lapses on January 30, 2011 as per its original contract.
