RE: Contract Cancellation

This letter serves to notify you of the intention mentioned above of Great Vision Hotels, with effect from June 1, 2010.

It is with regret that Great Vision Hotels will cease to continue its contract with Ultimate Securities Services as of June 1, 2010, once the current contract lapses on May 30, 2010.

All dues will be settled on the last day of the contract. You are requested to remove all your personal and company materials from Great Vision Hotels’ premises by May 30, 2010.

Thank you for your services during the tenure of the contract for the past two years.
