A contract cancellation letter is written by a company to cancel its intention of business collaboration with another company. The decision to terminate the business partnership could be due to many factors. It is the company’s prerogative to cancel any contract according to its requirements and business terms and conditions. You need to cancel the contract as per the agreement and mention the date from which the contract is nullified.

As it is a formal letter, keep the tone formal. Make sure the language used in the letter is easy and simple to understand. Don’t make the letter too long with details, keep it crisp and to the point. Make sure there are no grammatical or spelling errors in the letter. From the past few weeks, we have been noticing that the staff and guards of your agency are not turning up for their duties on time. Two days back a guard was even seen misbehaving with our guests. Thus we are forced to cancel our contract with you because the comfort and security of our guests are of paramount importance.

All dues will be settled on the last day of the contract. You are requested to remove all your personal and company materials from Great Vision Hotels’ premises by DD/MM/YYYY. You can directly head to the H.R department for clearing out everything.
