I, Shalini Sharma on behalf of Celly enterprises write this letter to offer my condolences on the passing away of your mother. We came to know about it today only hence, could not make it to the funeral. Death is always painful, and it becomes all the more difficult to bear when it the loss of one of the parent. The whole team is very sorry for your loss.
As per the policy of the company, in case of death, the employee is granted five days of paid leaves. But in case you need more, please feel free to contact me either through email or a phone call. We can be flexible and work out something.
We remember your mother as she used to come here with Lunch for all of us. She was a very jovial lady and was always kind and considerate. We know it must be very difficult for you to deal with everything for now.
Please remember that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this hour. Please take care of yourself and your family and don’t hesitate to ask for any kind of help. We are sending flowers along with the letter as we cannot come ourselves. Please put them near her grave as a token of our remembrance.
