Dear Sir / Madam
RE: Appreciation for good service
I am writing to record a note of appreciation for the good service that I received while I was under your care.
I was admitted on January 15, 2011 for the birth of my first child and frankly, I was apprehensive as it was my firstborn. But your nursing staff was so friendly and reassuring that I sometimes forget the reason I was admitted. I appreciate the gentleness your nurses exhibited when dealing with me and my newborn.
They were also patient to teach me how to breastfeed my baby as it was my first experience. I had a wonderful delivery experience because your nurses gave me such good service. At times I felt that I was in a hotel rather than a hospital.
Well done and keep up the good performance!
