Subject: Apologies for losing your Saree
Dear Ms. Hemali,
I would like to inform you that we lost the beige colored saree that you had given us to stitch fall into and make a matching blouse as well as petticoat for the same. I know it is very careless of use to let such a thing happen and believe me we are ashamed about it. For the last 10 years in my business, never has such a thing happened.
The thing is there are a lot of Indians who give us their sarees and your saree was by mistake has been given to a client who was on a vacation in the United States of America and when we contacted her she had already left the country. It is a quite an error on our part and I would like to apologize from the bottom of my heart.
The blouse and petticoat are still with us but the saree was by mistake has been taken another client. Along with this letter I have send the blouse and petticoat and a saree matching the one you had given to us. I hope you will accept it. If you do not like it then please tell us and we will replace it as per your choice.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to this. I hope you will still be our client. Please forgive us.
